The Chamberlain Hills Gangster Families also known as the Forum Drive Gangsters(FDG), Davis Neighborhood Families(DNF), Carson Avenue Families(CAF), and formally known as the Chamberlain Hustler Boys, are a predominately African-American coalition located in South Los Santos. They originally hail from the 1800th St & Forum Drive area in the early 1980s also known as the Chamberlain Hills Housing Projects. Both gangs fall under the Family umbrella. Gangs that usually fall under the Families moniker are connected to each other and often times allies of each other. There are several known gangs that originated as ''Families'', such as the 46 Family Gang, Orange Grove Street Families, Vespucci Beach Families(before they became extinct due to the war with Marabunta Grande 13 gang), & the Davis Neighborhood Families. The Chamberlain Gangsters remained true to their motherland and merely picked up the Family moniker, even due to the majority of them being solely related to one another.
1800th St & Forum Drive was home to the Chamberlain Hustler Boys during the mid-1980s after the fall of the Black Panther Party. The Chamberlain Hustler
Boys(CHB) was originally formed by Frederick Black a/k/a FREDDY BLACK & Gerald Wade in 1985. He was part of the original Black Panther Party, founder of the Los Santos Chapter as a community activist. After the fall of the Black Panther Party, Freddy Black began dealing with drugs on a much lower scale and eventually became a habitual user. He tried to cover up his addiction by preaching to the younger generation around the neighborhood. The Chamberlain Hustlers were a small-time drug crew in the Forum Drive area. Black was a key member during the 1980's crack epidemic, he brought crack and other narcotics on a small scale into Chamberlain Hills and the surrounding neighborhood that would fall victim.
Frederick Black operated primarily with two other key members, Michael Mays a/k/a ''Money Mays'' a/k/a ''Big Mike'' & Jeffrey Rush a/k/a ''G-Rush''. Black was murdered by law enforcement in the late '80s after a warrant was put out for his arrest and to raid his home. Big Mike took on the role of leading the clique with G-Rush. G-Rush is originally from Strawberry Hustlers, which is home to the Strawberry Avenue Hustlers. The two entities ended up merging together, calling themselves the Chamberlain Hills Gangsters. Their primary focus was on protecting each other from invading neighboring or rivaling gangs, money, drugs, and guns. The small project housing buildings became a gang activity hotbed due to sporadic shootings that occurred. Their rivalries ranged from the Front Yard Ballas(extinct set of the LS Balla alliance), Lazy Street Tiny Ones, Liquors Park Vagos, all of the Marabunta Grande sets, and other surroundings gangs in the area, due to their EBK mantra.
